Cancel your subscription

Cancel through the service that billed you. Choose the purchase route below.

Subscribed on an iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings and tap your name
  2. Tap Subscriptions
  3. Choose Rose, then Cancel Subscription

  1. Open the Google Play app and tap your profile picture
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions
  3. Choose Rose, then Cancel subscription

Bought on our website

To request cancellation of a website subscription, email us from the address used at checkout and include your receipt or order reference. Do not send card details. This page does not cancel a subscription automatically; keep our confirmation and the effective date.

Request cancellation by email

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Everything you've paid for stays open until the end of the current billing period.
