If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, that store still handles billing. Desktop simply checks the Rose account linked to that subscription and unlocks the same access.

Sign in with the same email. Your existing access follows you.
Phone to desktop
One subscription. More room to stretch.
Your subscription remains with Apple or Google, and you continue managing it there. Rose does not ask you to purchase it again on desktop.
